Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jagdalpur. As a Steward at Binaka heritage, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, attending to guests needs, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. You will also assist with setting up tables, maintaining cleanliness, and handling customer inquiries or issues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
