Qualifications and Skills
- Any Graduate,
- Proven experience as a Stenographer or in a similar role
- Excellent Gujarathi & English Typing speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in shorthand and specialized transcription software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office
Roles and Responsibilities
- Transcribe legal documents, correspondence, reports, and other materials using shorthand or specialized software
- Proofread and edit transcriptions for accuracy and completeness
- Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Organize and maintain physical files
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
