We are looking for a Junior Stenographer for our offices at Pune

Job description:

• Taking dictations in shorthand and typing.
• Writing, transcribing and compiling office documents.
• Transcribing the typed material accurately into common language.
• Keeping careful records of files, documents, and other official materials.
• Arranging meetings and collecting information for superior authorities.
• Maintaining confidentiality of official documents and affairs.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Any graduate.
• Shorthand speed 80-100 w.p.m.
• Typing speed 50 w.p.m.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Salary:The Company offers a competitive base salary range matching with education,

Job type:Full time onsite role (work from office) on a permanent basis.

Shift:Day shift only

Location:Kharadi, Pune

Weekly off:4th Saturday and all Sunday
