Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1 to 3 years of experience in statutory auditing for the NBFC, banking, and BFSI sectors. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and a strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory requirements. The role involves planning and executing audits, performing financial analyses, and providing insights and recommendations to clients. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Audit Execution:
Conduct statutory audits in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
Plan and execute audits for NBFC, banking, and BFSI clients, ensuring thorough understanding of their financial reporting processes and internal controls.
Perform risk assessments, design audit programs, and develop audit strategies to evaluate financial statements and identify key risk areas.Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial statements and other accounting records to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Review the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements.
Prepare and present audit findings, including any deficiencies or irregularities, to the audit committee and management.Reporting:
Compile detailed audit reports that summarize audit findings, provide recommendations, and highlight areas for improvement.
Ensure timely completion of audits and assist in the preparation of audit opinions.Client Interaction:
Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for audit purposes.
Provide clients with insights on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial reporting.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with audit team members to ensure audits are conducted efficiently and effectively.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Skills:

QualificationsEducation:
Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.Experience:
