Job Overview: Ensures compliance established internal control procedures by examining the evidences on Displays, License, Register, Return and Rule. Completes audit in using Simpliance tool by documenting the audit evidences and findings. Appraises adequacy of quality by internal evaluation method to completing the audit.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Examine all tasks as per the check list Collect the evidence and analyze the records to detect payments, remittance, duplicated effort or non-compliance with laws, regulations, benefits to the employee/worker and company policies, discussing findings with auditees.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and share the Preliminary Report to management about audit observation and recommendation.
- Prepares final audit reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing the corrective or pending docs received, post the preliminary report.
- Summarizing the audit reports and presentation to the client via audit review
- Maintains professional and technical ethics in both internally and externally.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Ready to travel outside the city / state, as per the client and internal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Graduate.
- Minimum 2 years in Labour Law and Statutory Audit.
- Should be well aware of Factory and Establishment statutory compliances.
- Audit, Legal Compliance, Documentation Skills, Attention to Detail, Reporting Research Results, Thoroughness, Accuracy and Presentation Skills.
- Certifications.
- Quality, Professionalism, Team building and co-ordination & People Management.
- Should be good at English (Reading and Writing), Ready to accept Challenges.
