Job Description: Workday Consultant
Experience: 3-11 years
Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Core Connectors, EIB, and Studio.
- Configure and manage launch parameters of payroll systems.
- Ensure security compliance and manage user access within Workday.
- Develop and implement compensation plans within the Workday environment.
- Utilize PECI for payroll processing and data integration.
- Apply XSLT 3.0 for transforming XML data as part of integration processes.
- Develop and use retrieval methods to extract data from Workday.
- Create and manage advanced reports to support business requirements.
- Develop reusable components in Workday Studio to enhance integration efficiency.
- Utilize Workday Studio components for building complex integrations.
- Evaluate and implement expressions to optimize Workday functionality.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Workday integration tools including Core Connectors, EIB, and Studio.
- Proficiency in configuring payroll launch parameters and managing payroll systems.
- Solid understanding of Workday security configurations and best practices.
- Experience in developing and managing compensation plans within Workday.
- Knowledge of PECI for payroll integration.
- Expertise in XSLT 3.0 for XML data transformation.
- Ability to develop and implement retrieval methods for Workday data.
- Experience in creating advanced reports within Workday.
- Capability to develop and utilize reusable components in Workday Studio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and implement expressions in Workday.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Workday certification(s) preferred.
- Proven experience in Workday integrations and configuration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
