Purpose of Position: The State Lead will be responsible for overall Automation Operations in his/her State.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Recognition - LD Finalisation TAT (ATM), 100% of CAMC on every cycle / Chargeable Automation, LD Accepted Automation.
- Generation of revenue & increase operating profit.
- SLA Improvement - 90% in Automation.
- Collection - 100% against Invoice value (Automation).
- Safety & Compliance - Weekly Audits & Other EHS activities.
- People Development Performance management, Skill Matrix & Back Office KPI Assessment.
- Project Activities - Power on & SAT in 15 days of call-out received.
- AR Collection Project - 100% against Target value (Automation).
- State level customer interactions including escalations from the regional offices.
- Final approval for TA & DA for Service Engineers.
- Customer Visit for discussion on service performance and pending payments and PO s.
Experience: Min 5yrs.
Education: Diploma / Degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
Background and Skills:
- The ideal candidate will have Domain knowledge (Preferred Industry)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Hindi, English and local)
- Team building
- Administrative skills
- Time management skills
- Better understanding of external and internal customer requirements and identify and act accordingly on priority.
- Technical knowledge of all products.
