Responsibilities:-
Designing and implementing successful sales & marketing strategies.
Tapping new markets and coordinating with channel partners to penetrate these segments to expand business & generate income
Development of network of Dealers & Distributors, with a long-term vision
Evaluating, review, analyze and monitor periodic sales reports, potential sales.
Create Customer Loyalty, Dealer & Distributor Loyalty programme as per Market scenario.
Monitor Sales through digital tools (CRM)/Paperless environment.
Ensure availability in all blocks in a district and strong secondary sales activities.
Overview Branding work and proper BTL/ATL activities in the Zone.
Arranging Mason/Engineer's Meet /Influencer Meet as per calendar and proper distribution of Gifts to all the influencers.
Create Strategy for converting prospective dealer /in active dealers to active dealers as well mapping competitors channel partners for conversion and association with the company.
