We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a State Head. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations within the designated state. You will lead a team of dedicated individuals, drive business growth, and ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record of success in a similar role. As the State Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of our operations within the designated state.
1. New Acquisitions:
- Drive the acquisition of new Preferred Partners in the assigned state through strategic planning and execution.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand the network, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Foster relationships with potential candidates, negotiating agreements to onboard them effectively.
2. Revenue:
- Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue targets set for the state.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and capitalize on them.
- Offer various investment options to clients, including Direct Equity, advance brokerage, PMS, Small Basket, AIF, Private Equity, Bonds, Commercial Papers, MFs, Life settlement Funds, IFA, Unlisted Shares, and other enterprise solutions such as Investment-based Immigration, Family Trust creation, Succession Planning, Fundraising.
3. Cost Management:
- Manage and optimize expenses related to operations, sales, and marketing activities in the state.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality or service standards.
- Monitor budget adherence and report variances to senior management.
4. Meetings / Visits:
- Plan and coordinate meetings and visits with internal teams, and stakeholders as required.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings with government officials, industry associations, and other external parties.
- Ensure effective communication and follow-up on action items from meetings and visits
5. Team Management:
- Ensure that team members are adequately trained and equipped with the knowledge and skills required to perform their roles effectively.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members to enhance overall performance and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or operations management, preferably in the industry/sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the market and regulatory environment is preferred.
