Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a State Head at RupeGrow. The State Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Sales , growth, and profitability of the company in a specific state. They will develop and execute strategies to achieve business targets, lead and motivate the team, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience In Selling Fintech Products like Bank BCs , AEPS,Micro ATM , Domestic Money Remittance ,e-Governance , Travel Product , Insurance Product .
• Proven experience in a leading Team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to effectively manage a team and drive results
• Good understanding of the state-specific market and industry trends
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration)
