Job Description :

Recruit front end sales team and drive the team to generate the sales and achieve the monthly targets. Responsible for the overall state-wide sales & marketing activities of Loan at home.To monitor and analyse performance of the product and suggest required action plans. Responsible for proper field verification for the resident's loan requests above 25 lakhs. To prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, forecasts, plan & execute across the state.Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. Make sure leads are generating through the call centres and tracking of leads to ensure maximum conversion and book the loan at the respective branch.Closely work with sales and operation team for hassle-free gold loan disbursement.
