Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a State Head at C2C Importers Pvt. Ltd. located in Amritsar. As a State Head, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, developing and implementing sales strategies, cultivating relationships with distributors, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and providing insightful market intelligence to drive growth and expand our customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Knowledge of the spirits and wines industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
