Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced State Head to lead our Sales in
SURAT, & PUNJAB,. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the water purification industry, particularly in serving B2B clients. They will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and overseeing all aspects of business operations within the state.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence within the state.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and meet customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the water purification industry, with a focus on serving B2B clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of water treatment technologies, regulations, and industry trends.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the state and occasionally nationally for client meetings and industry events.
