Job brief
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy State Coordinator ( FlexNet Solution ) to help us build up our business activities.
State Coordinator responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, Coordinating with Retail partners, Training and coordinating with Retail partners field team, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
State coordinator will be responsible for 5-6 Districts and Looking for generating new opportunities in new districts with Retail Partner.
Responsibilities
- Actively coordinating with retail Partner and their field team to train, facilitate, coordinate and sell FlexNet Solution.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities for FlexNet Solution through Retail Partner Engagement, farmer meeting, campaign other lead generation.
- Conduct GTM activities & field promotion activities.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and marketing data.
- Coordinate with warehouses and ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Coordinate with dealer and distributer for generating sales.
Eligibility B.Sc ( Agri ), B-tech( Agri ), Diploma ( Agri ), Person with relevant Experience in Irrigation Industry, Retail Sales of Agri Inputs, etc.
Requirements and skills
- Proficiency in Regional Language, English, Hindi.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Commitment to work longer Hours during peak seasons.
