Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated HSC/Graduates to join our team as Customer Service Executives/Associates. As a part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You will handle queries, resolve issues, and provide information to customers in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
Providing information about products and services
Resolving customer complaints and issues
Escalating complex queries to the appropriate department
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customers.
Requirements:
HSC Fresher and experienced can apply as well.
Graduate Freshers and experienced can apply as well.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Customer service experience would be an advantage, but not mandatory
