We are seeking B2B staffing firms in India to partner with us as staffing suppliers to enhance our coverage, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) for candidate submissions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sapat Mada Consulting to fulfill staffing needs for various clients.
- Utilize proven strategies to attract and retain a robust talent pool.
- Advertise open positions effectively to source high-quality candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), preferably SAP Fieldglass or Ariba.
- Ensure rapid closure of positions with a high TAT, aiming for 2-4 hours.
- Maintain a proven track record of successfully placed candidates.
Domains and Verticals:
- Non-IT:Focus on sourcing and placing candidates in roles such as administration, customer service, finance, and sales.
- Engineering:Specialize in heavy engineering, manufacturing, production, and oil & gas sectors. Roles include mechanical engineers, production managers, quality control specialists, and field technicians.
- Business Professionals:Source business professionals for roles in HR, marketing, operations, project management, and executive leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a staffing supplier with a strong record of placed candidates.
- Ability to attract and manage a substantial talent pool.
- Expertise in using ATS and VMS platforms, with a preference for SAP Fieldglass or Ariba.
- Demonstrated ability to close positions quickly, ideally within 2-4 hours.
- Must be a listed business under LLP/PLC. Freelance applicants are also welcome.
