Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Staffing Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end staffing process for our diverse client base. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, source candidates, and coordinate interviews. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Partnership: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies that align with their business objectives.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional platforms, to identify and attract top talent.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Job Postings & Advertising: Manage the creation and distribution of job postings across various platforms to attract the right candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely communication and smooth interview processes.
- Recruitment Support: Provide support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding assistance.
- Market Research & Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the talent acquisition market.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction, to continuously improve staffing processes.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a staffing specialist, recruiter, or in a similar role within talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
