Job Title: Staffing Recruiter

About the Role:

Careerpedia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Staffing Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent to support our growing workforce needs. As a Staffing Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with different stakeholders to understand their staffing requirements, develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Proactively source and screen candidates through online platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other relevant job boards.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including Boolean and x-ray searches, to identify potential candidates across multiple channels.
  • Conduct screening to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activity and candidate pipeline.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in sourcing candidate profiles for technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with job posting and sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Boolean and x-ray searches for candidate sourcing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and Time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • A passion for identifying and engaging top talent to drive organizational success.
