Job Description:

The Sourcing and Staffing Manager oversees the recruitment and staffing processes within the organization. This role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's workforce needs. The manager develops and implements effective sourcing strategies, builds relationships with potential candidates, and manages the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Sourcing Strategies:

  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent.
  • Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Candidate Pipeline Management:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates.
  • Maintain an updated database of candidates for future opportunities.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Source and identify potential candidates through campus recruitment activities.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the company.
  • Maintain a database of prospective candidates for future opportunities.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers and Clients:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support in defining job descriptions and requirements.
  • Assist in developing interview and selection criteria.

Employer Branding:

  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities to enhance the company's visibility.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring efforts.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
  • Implement and maintain recruitment policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Analytical skills to track and report on recruitment metrics

The requirement is for 2 openings. One has to manage the complete South and the other the the complete North
