JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HR INTERNSHIP

Details
1. Work from Home with flexible hours
2. Un-Paid Internship
3. Time Period 2/3/6 Months

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage the hiring initiatives on the various platforms
2. Source profile from various portals
3. Screen and shortlist relevant candidate
4. Task include replying to applicants emails, screening replies and scheduling interviews by senior HR staff
5. Completing timely reports on employment activity
6. Communicating interns information ad benefits during screening process
