In this role, you will be responsible for:
Owning the short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases
Prioritizing in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
Demonstrating expert level skill in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity
Owning and managing the backlog; continuously order and prioritize to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready
Collaborating with UX in design decisions, demonstrating deep understanding of technology stack and impact on final product
Conducting customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborate on personas
Collaborating with multi-functional and virtual teams across IT, business operational functions, and vendors to review current projects activities
Partnering with the Service Owner to ensure healthy development process
To be successful in this role you will:
Have graduated with a Bachelors in a related Business focus.
Have a minimum of 6 years of experience with product management for technical product categories.
Have good problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to assimilate new information and complex topics
Have experience in Technical expertise and advanced experience with UiPath
Have passion for automation software design with a talent for solving complex technical problems with Automation
Have experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL), ETL, Elastic Searc, and Tableau development is a plus
