Job Description Summary
As the Technical Lead for the Services Solution Offering team, you will apply your knowledge of software solution documentation / information structuring to prepare packed solution offerings working closely with the technical subject matter experts, technical writers and commercial ops (tendering) team. The objective is to prepare services solution packages for subsequent implementation by the services teams.

Role Summary:
This is a lead role with strong technical background and ability to do hands on technical writing work.
The successful candidate is expected to -
Understand the software products in the Transmission, Distribution and connected domains.
Prepare work breakdown structure, work instructions, estimation tools by working with subject matter experts and prepare a solution package.
Liaison with the pre-sales and tendering teams to ensure the solution packages fully address customers technical requirements.
Ability to understand technical requirements from customers for product configuration.
Provide services solution domain guidance to the technical writers in the team.
Foster a work culture at all levels that is positive, collaborative, respectful, innovative, dynamic, with high integrity, and capable of driving positive change over sustained periods of time.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Graduate / Master's from an accredited university in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in T&D Domain and software implementation services
Strong analytical skills.
Strong written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to make formal and informal presentation.
Prior experience of Product management for software solution offerings would be highly desirable.
