In your new role you will:
- Drives People Excellence in a High Performance Company
- Designing, implementing and monitoring HR programs and policies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, equal opportunity and diversity, etc.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources
- More than 10 years of practical experience in HR, e.g. project management, facilitating and presentation techniques, coaching
- Possesses good knowledge of employment law
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint.
- Strong Problem Solving and decision-making skills
- Solid moderation & facilitation skills
