What you'll bring:
12+ years of experience in design and development of highly-scalable applications, complex platform development, distributed & microservices delivery environment .
Strong hands on development skills to prototype technical solutions. Strong technical background with the capability of being hands-on as required. Should have built a complex distributed system / microservices based platform or product.
Have good experience in performance instrumentation, tuning, and optimization of large-scale (legacy/existing) products.
Have good knowledge in design patterns while building cloud-native products. we'll versed in concepts like OAuth Authentication and security protocols, multi-threading.
Ability to set and drive technical vision and provide technical mentorship to all levels of engineering talent. Should have established credibility as a central resource, utilized by teams to seek advisory on complex technical issues and projects.
In-depth focus and an attitude to understand and resolve complex technical issues. Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns.
Hands on experience in Microservices, RESTful webservices development. Must have excellent knowledge of core JAVA (17) with hands on development experience in frameworks like Spring, Spring Security, Spring Reactive, Spring Boot.
Working experience and knowledge on frontend technologies like ReactJS, NodeJS
Working experience and in depth knowledge with complex SQL and Stored procedure. Should be able to debug, tune and optimise existing complex/advanced SQL queries.
Working experience and in depth knowledge with Kafka Messaging systems and knowledge on Azure Service Bus.
In depth knowledge of Cloud Architecture, Microservice Architecture and related stacks (Service Registry, ELK / Splunk, Microservices, VMs, etc) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc)
Work exposure on agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD development environments/tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership for development and design of least one cloud-based project.
High sense of urgency to solve problems and in executing them with extreme ownership.
