We are DECO (developer Ecosystem) org. We work towards making our developers and merchants interactions, integrations with PayPal products and services frictionless and a pleasant experience. As part of that, we focus on innovative tools, Developer centric portal, Developer Docs, API Refs, dashboards and Sandbox Engineering. It's a new role for helping build nextgen tooling for Sandbox.

What you need to bring:
Proficiency in full-stack technologies: Full Stack Tech lead - Must be proficient in front-end technologies like React/JavaScript and backend NodeJS. Strong object-oriented programming skills, particularly in Java/J2EE. The candidates must possess experience with distributed caches, CDN, exposure to noSQL database and scalable systems in microservices based architectures. Generative AI and modeling knowledge is preferred.
Sr Tech Lead/Management experience: The candidates should have extensive experience of leading or/and managing complex cross functional projects.
Problem-solving and critical thinking: Should be able to solve problems and think critically about the design and functionality around complex use-cases. They should be able to break down complex problems into smaller parts and find solutions to them. They should also be able to anticipate potential issues and come up with solutions to prevent them from occurring.
Communication and soft skills: Should be able to work with different stake holders (product managers, architects, program managers), clearly able to articulate the requirements and their work. They should be flexible while working with team and initiatives.
Mentoring and team building: Should have experience leading and mentoring moderately sized teams.
