nRequirements:
- nDemonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback to team members
- nExperience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates and meet production deadlines
- nKnowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle
- nAbility to resolve conflict within and across teams and drive consensus to achieve common goals
- nAbility to provide technical feedback and guidance on architecture, code review, and best practices
- n12+ years of experience in software development.
- nDemonstrated knowledge of computer science fundamentals - Object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
nExperience with Data streaming platforms Kafka / Akka
- nExpertise in Advanced + Core Java or similar object-oriented language
nProven track record in building scalable, fault-tolerant, highly available microservices AND/OR migrating monoliths to EDA microservices architecture.
- nStrong problem-solving skills

- nAbility to contribute to software design documentation, presentation, sequence diagrams
