Staff Product Manager [T500-12878]

Job Description:

The Allocation Product Team thrives on strong relationships with our business partners and working to address their needs which supports TJX strategic initiatives and growth. Our goal is to align the IT delivery with business strategy. We seek a motivated and talented Product Manager to help guide the lifecycle of these capabilities for the Allocation solutions. You will work in a fast-paced environment which will challenge you to think creatively and exhibit an agile mindset.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Working with global business stakeholders to ensure that IT investments are aligned to business strategy.
• Work with business stakeholders, architecture, and engineering to perform and coordinate analysis on cross functional business initiatives to identify potential solutions and break those solutions into epics and features.
• Maintaining a prioritized portfolio and program Kanban backlog, including the prioritization of epics and features with all global business partners

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT Product Management or equivalent experience
• Agile leadership and methodology experience (Portfolio SAFe preferred)
• Experience with Lean Portfolio Management including portfolio responsibilities; management of the portfolio Kanban, intake, prioritization, analysis of cross functional epics
• Experience communicating and presenting to all levels of leadership
• Evidence of building strong collaborative relationships with business customers, product managers, architecture, and solution delivery partners
• Ability to create features and acceptance criteria to guide the work of one or more scrum teams
• Experience developing portfolio and program roadmaps detailing the delivery of product epics and features.
• Personal drive for contributing to inclusion & diversity initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with custom developed applications
• Experience with mainframe and distributed applications
• Ability to work in distributed teams and develop multi-level relationships.
