Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and assisting doctors during procedures.
Responsibilities
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
- Monitoring and recording patients vital signs and medical histories
- Performing diagnostic tests and analyzing results
- Assisting doctors during medical procedures
- Educating patients and their families about their medical conditions and treatments
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop care plans for patients
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensuring that all medical equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
- Responding to medical emergencies and providing first aid as necessary
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Valid nursing license in India
- 2-10 years of experience as a Staff Nurse in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical stamina to work long hours and lift patients
- Flexibility to work different shifts and weekends as needed
