Description
We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the healthcare industry and will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist physicians during procedures and surgeries
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assess and record patient symptoms, reactions, and progress
- Communicate with patients and their families regarding care plans and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient care is coordinated and effective
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention
- Follow all healthcare policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license from the Indian Nursing Council
- 5-10 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in medical terminology and computer skills
- Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
