Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care in a professional and compassionate manner. The ideal candidate should have 1-6 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting and possess the necessary qualifications and skills to excel in this role.
Responsibilities
- Assessing and recording patient vital signs and medical history
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assisting physicians and other healthcare professionals in diagnostic procedures and surgeries
- Monitoring and recording patient progress and responding to any changes in condition
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintaining a clean and safe patient care environment
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or diploma in nursing from a recognized institution
- Valid nursing license from the Indian Nursing Council
- 1-6 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records
