Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our Oncology team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in oncology nursing and possess the necessary qualifications and skills to provide exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient condition and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Educate patients and families on cancer treatment and management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
- Perform various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Document patient care and progress in electronic medical record system
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license from the Indian Nursing Council
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in oncology nursing
- Strong knowledge of cancer treatment and management
- Ability to assess and monitor patient condition and progress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of electronic medical record systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
