Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Staff Nurse - NICU. As a Staff Nurse - NICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to newborn infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). You will monitor and assess patients, administer medications, perform procedures, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or GNM
• MNC Registration
• Proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a NICU setting
• Strong knowledge and understanding of neonatal care and development
• Excellent clinical skills and ability to make quick and accurate decisions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Nurse in a NICU
