An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to work in the Day Case Unit. Surgery encompasses day case elective general surgery, cataracts, oculoplastics, dentals, gynaecology and endoscopy. As well as surgery/endoscopy DCU looks after patients requiring infusions, blood transfusion, Trial with out Catheters, pre op assessment and bowel screening.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated registered nurse to provide an efficient and high quality service. The successful applicant will be a good team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in this field of nursing.
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to increase their clinical skills to be able to provide and promote high standards of patient care. We would welcome applications from newly qualified registered nurses who are seeking to build a career pathway in day case nursing.

This is a permanent 23.7 hour post, working Monday to Friday, shifts subject to service requirements.
