Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated **Staff Nurse** with 5 years of experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing patient care, administering medications, and assisting doctors in medical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in hospitals or clinical settings.
- Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in medical procedures and ensure proper care of patients before, during, and after treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document any changes in health conditions.
- Ensure adherence to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, post-treatment care, and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate care as needed.
- Support the hospital staff in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients.
Qualifications
- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Staff Nurse.
- Strong understanding of nursing protocols, patient care techniques, and hospital procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
- Compassionate, caring attitude towards patients.
- Salary:** 20,000 - 22,000 per month
- Location:** South Delhi & Patna
