We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our High Dependency Unit team. The ideal candidate must have 3-13 years of experience and must be able to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care plans
- Monitoring vital signs and administering medication
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families
- Assisting doctors with medical procedures
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Maintaining accurate medical records
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals in the unit
- Participating in patient education and health promotion activities
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Valid nursing license
- 3-13 years of experience as a Staff Nurse in High Dependency Unit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures
