Description
We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse for our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate should have 5-14 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills and qualifications to provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess and triage patients in the Emergency Department
- Administer medications, treatments and procedures as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record vital signs and other patient data
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient care
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 5-14 years of experience in Emergency Nursing
- Registered Nurse license in India
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of emergency care procedures and protocols
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
- Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
