Description
We are looking for an experienced STAFF NURSE (Critical Care Unit) to join our team and provide exceptional care to critically ill patients in our ICU department. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-10 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor the condition of critically ill patients in the ICU department
- Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Record and maintain accurate patient medical records
- Monitor and maintain equipment used in the ICU department
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Valid nursing license from the Indian Nursing Council
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in ICU nursing
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of ICU equipment and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
