JOB DESCRIPTION:
A) Duties and Responsibilities :
(1)Statutory duties as Blaster.
(2) Supervision and ensure work execution blasting as per safety standards
(3) To meet the required quality of blasting and drill Inventory.
(4) To ensure maintaining record and return as per PESO.
(5) To maintain the ABOE culture in mines operation

Mate/ Diploma (Mining) and mate/forman certificate of competency (R) | Above 04 years | Exposure of blasting in large opencast mining, preferably surface mining. Exposure to blasting crew management, statutory compliances related to DGMS and PESO |
| Basic MS Office Skills, Communication to influence and engage Man power Management. |
B) Goals / KRA to be assigned:
1. Zero Incident in Drilling and blasting Operation.
2. To achieve desired quality of blasting and drill inventory with 100% safety compliance.
3 To enter reports PESO and all related record keeping.
4 To implement ABOE in the area of control.
