Job Description

Professional Experience description: (state key experiences required):

1. Experience in maintenance of Kiln / coal mill and raw mill section equipment's, Belt & screw conveyors, Bag House, Fans, Hydraulic system.
2. Knowledge of all UTCL safety Standards & 100% implementation at site.
3. WCM concepts & implementation at site.
4. Improve availability of Kilns.
5. To decrease specific power consumption of Kiln / coal mill and raw mill.
6. To identify and execute the improvement jobs.
7. To adopt standard maintenance practices & improve reliability of equipments.

Spares & maintenance planning for routine, short term & for shut down.

• KRA 1:
• Experience in maintenance ofKiln / coal mill and Raw mill
• KRA 2:

Knowledge of all UTCL safety Standards & 100% implementation at site

• KRA 3:

Improve availability ofKiln / coal mill and Raw mill

• KRA 4:

To maintain S&S an RPM expenses well within annual budgeted limit.
