Staff/ Lead Developer .Net

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and technical guidance to ensure the development of resilient, scalable SaaS applications. Drive alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines. Elevate the engineering and operational standards across teams by setting the bar for best practices. Cultivate customer empathy to ensure that the solutions exceed customer expectations. Own and implement the vision for the overall architecture, applying best practices, design patterns, and continuously simplifying the system landscape. Take ownership of defining, measuring, and reporting operational metrics.

Requirements and Preferred Experience:

BA/BS in a computer science-related field or equivalent experience required. 12+ years of experience in developing highly scalable cloud-native applications. Proficiency in C# and .NET Core. Proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS or other modern UI frameworks Strong knowledge of data structures, database concepts, algorithms, and observability. Familiarity with event-driven archite
