Responsible to achieve robust, auto-pilot processes & drive for quality & productivity projects.
In your new role you will:
- Monitor process performance indices on qualified processes an establish good controls.
- Sustains and continuously improves qualified technologies in volume production with regards to stability, quality, productivity and yield.
- Lead and troubleshooting process issues, establish systematic approach through 8D, DMAIC to prevent re occurrence
- Supports development of new technologies and ensures smooth take-over into volume production and integration into manufacturing environment.
- Accountable and drive for 8D closure of FAR, MRB, DDM and SCAR. Lead and drive any focus team & task force.
- Leading and participating in yield & quality improvement and cost reduction activities
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Materials Science in Semiconductor Technology
- More than 6 years related experience in Pre-Assembly Semiconductor Assembly Manufacturing background.
- Statistical data analysis, analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge & experiences in Pre-Assembly process, production line control & productivity & process improvement
- Systematic Problem Solving methodology e.g. 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fish Bond
- Posses knowledge and skills in manufacturing process & some equipment knowledge.
