Job Description

  • Create, define and develop electrical validation environment and test suites.
  • Experience in characterization of PLL/ADC/DAC.
  • Developing and writing validation plans, working close with test team for characterization & bench-to-ATE correlation
  • Responsible for the development of methodologies, execution of validation plans, and debug of failures.
  • Requires broad understanding of multiple system areas and requires interfaces with Architecture, Design, and Presilicon Validation teams.
Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in silicon validation to develop and document electrical validation requirements and tests for verification of Si designs.
