This team is responsible for Business Analytics at Seagate.
. Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus on Contact Center (customize forms, workflows, dashboards, and security roles).
. Deploy and support Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards.
. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
. Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications.
. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Contact Center solutions.
. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Dynamics 365 solutions.
. Set up and maintain environments for development, testing, and production.
. Manage environment lifecycle, including updates, testing, and moving apps and workflows between environments.
. Manage solutions between multiple Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
. Build reports and dashboards to provide business/Application insights.
. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and administrators.
. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
. Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 applications.
. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, specifically with Contact Center solutions
. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
. Knowledge of Power BI, C#, .NET and Azure.
. Dynamics 365 CRM with C# experience for coding and plugging.
. CRM - D365 - Develop code, configures, and tests programs and systems.
. Experience with integration tools and techniques.
. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
