Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Financial models to calculate project profitability.
- Calculating and processing payouts to channel partners and staff.
- Handle financial tasks such as finalizing books, preparing payrolls, and maintaining Balance Sheets (B/S).
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements like cash flow statements, balance sheet, and profit and loss statements.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
- Ensure compliance with Indian and US accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
- Communicating and coordinating with clients.
Education and Experience:
- Hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree or similar
- Possess 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
- A Postgraduate degree or Chartered Accountant (Intermediate) qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidate Specifications:
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including V lookups and pivot tables.
- Experience with general ledger functions.
- Ability to manage various financial aspects, including taxation.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling diverse accounting functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to the US Pacific Time Zone (9pm-6am IST) - Must have
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally and QuickBooks.
- Prefer candidates with prior experience in direct dealings with clients.
- Prior experience in a service-oriented accounting firm managing multiple clients will be advantageous.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly working with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), is an added advantage.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, especially in preparing Financial Dashboards.
