- We are looking for a true techno-commerciaindividuawho is excited to take up new challenges. He would be expected for Vendor development - Add new suppliers, Negotiate with current suppliers for better margins and credit terms. Good to have exp erience in dealing with petroleum products such as Bitumen, FueOil, Base Oietc.
Role Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing a network of suppliers for the Petroleum Products mostly for the Bitumen and FueOil etc.
- Drive end-to-end execution of althe potentiasales queries / converted orders by working in close collaboration with althe interna externastakeholders.
- Develop and build procurement strategies by working in close collaboration with supply sourcing team.
- Perform fulcredit evaluation of suppliers / customers with close coordination with Credit Team.
- Daily review of Unexecuted Order Book , Collection Overdues Supplier Advances, identify and escalate gaps if any, send timely chasers to respective sales POCs customers, suppliers, vendors as and when required.
- Ownership of daily lead closure MIS report where active and closed enquiries are accordingly actioned by supply sourcing team.
- Target zero documentary non-compliance ( PODs / Bills Mapping etc. ) for the entire Petro desk.
- Understand, Flag, Escalate any issues that Ops team is facing in their daily responsibilities.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, time-lines etc.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Handle the RFQ's received from customers by ensuring best rate sourcing .
- Ensure alRFQs are quoted within a timeline of customers .
- Ensure supplier side contracting in place to serve customer orders with minimum delay .
- Growing sales share in the key accounts

Work Experience
2+ years of experience in Sourcing, Vendor management or Fulfilment operations esp. Indirect procurement in B2B Petrochemical related products.
