Should be the first and important point of contact for the students and their parents over the telephone or direct enquiry
Carrying out student support-related activities such as responding to emails, calls, queries, etc.
Update the dropout in the FSC and share a report to the CAO and GM every week
Remove the drop out students from the class groups including whatsapp, classplus etc
Arrange the preparation and distribution of soft/hard copies of all certificates including course completion, experience, Software, etc soon after the course completion
Remove the students after course completion from the existing class groups and add them to the Alumni telegram group
Conduct alumni engagement activities including email sharing, arranging webinar/seminars etc.
Understand in detail each course and suggest potential career paths and set career goals for the students/ clients whenever required
Contribute, participate and perform ad hoc activities as and when required for the growth and success of the organization as a whole
