Job Description

  • Should be the first and important point of contact for the students and their parents over the telephone or direct enquiry
  • Carrying out student support-related activities such as responding to emails, calls, queries, etc.
  • Update the dropout in the FSC and share a report to the CAO and GM every week
  • Remove the drop out students from the class groups including whatsapp, classplus etc
  • Arrange the preparation and distribution of soft/hard copies of all certificates including course completion, experience, Software, etc soon after the course completion
  • Remove the students after course completion from the existing class groups and add them to the Alumni telegram group
  • Conduct alumni engagement activities including email sharing, arranging webinar/seminars etc.
  • Understand in detail each course and suggest potential career paths and set career goals for the students/ clients whenever required
  • Contribute, participate and perform ad hoc activities as and when required for the growth and success of the organization as a whole
