We are currently seeking a Problem Management Engineer responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex technical issues within our Web Experience Infrastructure. Your focus will be on minimizing the impact of recurring incidents and preventing future occurrences through proactive problem management. Collaboration with various teams, including SRE, IT, development, QA, cross-functional teams, and operations, is essential for timely resolution and continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design, Develop and Implement web-based applications using AEM and web technologies to support business requirements.
Researches, tracks and understands new Software Development technologies to provide technical leadership in developing service applications.
Work closely with business partners to solve and develop business needs.
Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement and maintain various sections of the website pages.
Collaborates within and across groups in writing functional and design specifications, development schedules and user interface specifications.
Complete analysis, development and/or maintenance of highly complex, undefined tasks.
Follow approved life cycle methodologies.
Regular Design Discussions, Create Design documents and Code reviews.
Lead technical design sessions and identify / document pros / cons of different approaches.
Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
Testing your code (e.g. writing functional and unit tests).
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually. A self-starter that doesn t require a lot of hand holding.
Mentor / Guide junior team members and lead the team for various projects and also perform other duties as assigned.
Is looked upon to offer direction, guidance and mentoring to lesser experienced individuals on the team.

Required Technical Skills
5+ year s Experience with strong Computer Science fundamentals (e.g. Algorithms, Objecte Oriented / Functional paradigms)
5+ year s Experience working with CQ5 / AEM (version 6.3+) stack
Thorough understanding of AEM stack - JCR repository, Sling, Sling Models, Felix / OSGI, AEM Template / Component Architecture.
Experience in Design / Build / Test Workflows in AEM.
5+ year s Experience working front end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JavaScript, Responsive Web Development, Bootstrap.
5+ year s Experience working with Java and/or NodeJS.
Experience working with REST, Sling and SOAP in a production environment.
Proficiency in building scalable, high-performance web applications and RESTful APIs.
Expertise in responsive web design, cross-browsers compatibility, DevOps environment and working with CI/CD, Agile methodologies.
Experience collaborating with clients, project managers, and engineers.
Experience mentoring junior team members.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with Scrum / Agile / Jira
Continuous Integration and related tools - Perforce, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Any IDE, Nexus, New Relic, Splunk.
Optional Technical Skills
Experience with E-commerce websites is a strong plus
Experience using A/B & MVT testing tools.
In-depth knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and tools
Knowledge or experience on Angular, Node and ReactJS
Knowledge in NoSQL DBs and RDBMS
Set up and configure AEM servers - Author, Dispatcher, Publisher.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum five years of relevant work experience.
Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum three years of relevant work experience.
