Key Responsibilities -
- Responsible for new formulation, process development and implementation on commercial sites.
- Cost reduction and troubleshooting in various activities.
- Development of economically viable new formulation and processes.
- direct and coordinate R&D activities for organizational products and services.
- Understand changing needs of the customers and develop new/innovative process technologies that result in technological differentiation and meet the customer requirements.
- Timely implementation of projects.
- Technology-Transfer from lab scale-up to commercial production.
- Ensure the maintenance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) / Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Supervise and motivate the team members.
