Objective
We are seeking a UI/UX designer from a design background, capable of delivering wireframes and screens for web and mobile applications with a strong understanding of usability requirements and testing. Candidates from a graphic design background with a flexible and versatile design sense will have a strong bonus. Job Description
- Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical and impactful design solutions.
- Proactively engage with multiple project stakeholders, including product managers, software developer, and other designers, in drafting and brainstorming initial concepts
- Quickly visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts, conveying design ideas via sketches, wireframes, hi-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes
- Conduct primary and/or secondary research, as well as quick rounds of usability tests
- Support and collaborate with development teams throughout the implementation cycle
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
- Incorporating feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
Qualifications
Any Graduate in Any Specialization Experience
3+ years of experience in UX design with a proven track record of success, including 3 or more years in UI Design. Skills / Attributes
Skilled in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools and knowledge of industry tools such as InVision, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator Remuneration
