We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital banking platforms. You will lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centered designs. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and oversee the UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality design solutions.
- User Research: Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
- Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Usability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions to gather actionable insights and iterate on designs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Design Systems: Lead the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate best practices into the team's work.
- Documentation: Document design processes, user flows, and interactions to ensure clarity and transparency within the team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field from NID or a comparable institution.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably within the fintech or SaaS industry.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your UX design work, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Key Skills:
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems creatively.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
